Products: All items are made-to-order through our print partner and
shipped directly to you. Colors and sizing may vary slightly from
what's shown on screen.

Orders: Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled as production begins
immediately. Please double-check sizing and shipping details before
checkout.

Shipping: Delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery is
provided at checkout but is not guaranteed. We are not responsible
for delays caused by carriers.

Returns: See our Return and Refund Policy. All sales are final except
for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Pricing: All prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping are calculated at
checkout.

Intellectual property: All designs, logos, and branding on Perch Merch
products are owned by MassPredict LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is
prohibited.

Limitation of liability: Perch Merch products are sold as-is. Our
total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed
the amount paid for that item.
