Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy — Perch Merch by SwiPredict

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (printed apparel 
and accessories), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at 
  contact@swipredict.ai with a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution.
- Wrong item received: Contact us within 14 days and we'll correct 
  the order at no cost.

Refunds for eligible claims are processed within 5-10 business days.
